Coffee and Culture – Week 3

Coffee and Culture – Week 3

Transcript:

Welcome to Coffee and Culture where I have 60 seconds or less, to give you one pragmatic thing that you can do this week to improve your company culture.

What’s your purpose? If you were to summaries what your personal purpose is, what would it be? Mine is to leave others better than the way I found them, something I live out at home and work. Have you thought about your personal purpose and the intersection with you and your career. It might not be obvious but it’s there. This week take time during your frontline team huddles and share your purpose with your team. Let them behind the curtain and see what makes you tick and by doing so you’ll reveal an inner part of yourself that will cause others to feel more deeply connected to you and strengthen the relationship you have with them. And don’t forget to tune in next week where we talk about leadership vision.
